About Our Practice

I have 20 plus years of experience in outpatient and inpatient physiotherapy management. I offer a hands on approach to physiotherapy. Patient centered management is the cornerstone of my practice, with one on one treatment. This means that no patient shares their appointment time, ensuring that you have the full attention of your physiotherapist for the entire duration of your treatment time. I have a special interest in wellness and mindfulness which adds a special dimension to physiotherapy management

Headaches & Back Pain

Injury may be caused by overuse, such as from heavy lifting, as well as by repetitive motions that put stress on the back/neck muscles.

Pediatric physiotherapy improve the lives and daily function of children who suffer from a wide range of injuries and congenital conditions.

Respiratory conditions

Chest physiotherapy are treatments whereby breathing is improved by the indirect removal of mucus from the breathing passages of a patient.

Meet Our Physiotherapist Arisha Singh

I have completed my BSc.Physiotherapy at the University of the Western Cape. I have a special interest in pain management including stress related headaches. I have also invested much time in the practice of wellness and mindfulness and use techniques learned to enhance my treatment outcomes. My years of experience coupled with continuous development in my field ensures that every patient has an individual treatment plan.
